 Kaffe and I have just returned from our Fall tour of the US and Canada. A big thank you for all those who Country Garden Quilts Magazine by Kaffe Fassetthosted us so well. It's a surreal experience being on these tours - one day you're lapping up the colours of the fall leaves in Canada in between sell out lectures and workshops, the next moment you are getting off a plane in Florida and are swimming in the turquoise ocean before a class starts. Kaffe's King Bladud's Pig
Summer 2008, Bath, England
Kaffe Fassett has decorated a pig to be displayed along side 100 other individually decorated life size pig sculptures throughout the summer all around Bath.
The project is to celebrate the legend of King Bladud who together with his pigs discovered the hot springs and went on to found the city of Bath. All pigs will be auctioned for charity in October.
